Unlock Cheerleader and Crowd cards #250-#281-In mini camp mode, if you complete all of the teams situations, then you will unlock these cards.
Unlock Stadium cards #220-#224- Hint- If you unlock these it will be a step up to unlocking all of the stadiums.
Unlock Historic Teams cards #225-#249- Note- if you unlock these, then you can play with the historic team by going into the main menu.

Unlock card #211- Complete the Coffin Corner drill and you will get this card.
Unlock card #210- In the Precision Passing drill, get a gold and you will unlock this card.
Unlock card #209- Get a gold in the trench passing drill and you will get this card.
Unlock card #208- get a gold in the Pocket Presence drill and you will be awared this card.
Unlock card #199- get a gold in the swat ball drill and you will get this card.
Unlock card #195- get a gold in the Ground Attack drill and you will get this card.
Unlock card #147- get a gold in the All-Madden Pocket Presence drill and you will get this card.
